- đ¨ Hotel Timings: Check-in is at 12 Noon and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable as per hotel policy.
- đ Flexible Sightseeing: Sightseeing schedule will be arranged considering your arrival time.
- đĒĒ Identification: Carry original Aadhaar Card. Foreigners / NRIs must carry Passport, OCI and Visa.
- đ Sightseeing Start Point: Reach the Main Parking Area (Opposite Ekta Mall) to start sightseeing. Sightseeing is conducted by SOU buses.
- đ Hotel Transfer: Transfer between the hotel and SOU Main Parking Area is not included. Auto-rickshaws are conveniently available at reasonable rates.
- â ī¸ Missed components due to any reason are non-refundable and cannot be shifted to another slot or day.
- đī¸ SOU Authority's decision is final regarding any changes, cancellations or restrictions in attractions, shows or bus services.
- đĄ In rare cases of package unavailability, the respective amount will be refunded within 24 hours of booking.
- đŗ Camera charges, parking fees and transportation between hotel and SOU Parking are not included.
- đ All sightseeing at SOU / Ekta Nagar / Kevadiya is closed every Monday.
- đļ Children up to 5 years are complimentary for the stay, but sightseeing tickets must be purchased separately.
- đ Foreigners & NRIs: Passport, OCI and Visa are mandatory for hotel check-in. Foreign national Viewing Gallery tickets are not included in this package.
