• This Package is NOT valid for foreigners.

Package Inclusions:

1. 1 Night Stay in Double Bed AC Room in Selected Hotel.
2. Breakfast at Hotel.
3. Viewing gallery, Chest level access by lift (Day 1)
4. SOU Campus Visit (Day 1)
5. SOU Museum below statue feets (Day 1)
6. Valley of Flowers (Day 1)
7. Sardar Sarovar Dam View Point 1 (Day 1)
8. Jungle Safari by Golf Cart (Day 2)
9. Sightseeing Transportation by SOU Buses from Main Parking Area.
10. Telephonic assistance during your visit.

Instructions for Visitors:

• Hotel Check-in 12 Noon & Check-out 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability & may be payable as per hoyel policy. 
• Sightseeing Shedule will be set considering your arrival time.
• If selected Hotel is not available, similar category hotel will be provided.
• Visitors need to reach Main Parking area (Opposite Ekta Mall) to start sightseeing. Sightseeing to be done by SOU buses.
• Transfer from Hotel to Main Parking area (Opposite Ekta Mall) is not included in Package (Autorikshaws conveniently  available at reasonable rates).
• Any missed components due to any reason, will not be refunded or shifted to the next slot / day.
• SOU Authority's decision will be final in case of any changes / cancellation / restrictions in attraction, shows, bus services, etc.
• In rare case, if package is not available, we will refund the respective amount, within 24 Hours of booking.
• Camera charge, Parking Fees, Transport from Hotel to SOU Parking and return is not included.

Cancellation Policy:

• Full amount is refunded if cancelled 05 Days before of your visit date (5% Payment Gateway & Administrative Charges will be deducted).
• Packages booked with Hotel BRG Budget Stay is NON REFUNDABLE.  
• No refund if cancelled less than or equal to 05 days to scheduled arrival.
• Cancellation request date & visit date is excluded in days calculation.

• Any amendment request will be treated as per cancellation policy.
