- 🅿️ Paid parking, lockers, restrooms, cafeteria and other amenities are available at SBB Parking.
- 🪪 Identification: Carry original Aadhaar Card. Foreigners / NRIs: Passport, OCI & Visa.
- 🚌 SOU Bus Transportation: All sightseeing is via SOU buses and charges are included. Buses conveniently connect all sightseeing points with stops at every attraction.
- ⚠️ Missed attractions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- 🏛️ SOU Authority's decision is final for any operational changes or restrictions.
- 💡 In rare cases of unavailability, a full refund will be processed within 24 hours.

Full refund, less 5% payment gateway & administrative fees.

No refund if cancelled within 5 days of the visit.
📅 Cancellation and visit dates are excluded from the day count.
💬 Non-Refundable Dates: Visit dates from 8 to 14 November and 21 December to 2 January are non-refundable.
